At Auto Glass Tek™, we are committed to making sure your experience is the best it can be. In fact, we believe that your satisfaction is so important that we stand behind it with our 4-Point Service Pledge:

1. Our technician will provide a quality installation or repair, using high-quality parts and materials.

2. We will fully protect the interior and exterior of your vehicle where we are working.

3. We will clean your vehicle's exterior glass.

4. We will provide a lifetime warranty on auto glass materials and workmanship for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.

5. Life time warranty against leaking or stress cracks.

6. Manufacturer's Warranty on All Special Ordered Parts

7. One year warranty against parts.

Not covered:

Failure to follow post-installation care of new installations. (e.g. Vehicle taken to carwash within 24
hours of new installation)

Rock/Stone Chips that damage new automotive glass replacements after installation.

We cannot warranty the craftsmanship of the glass. However we inspect all glass prior to installation for
any evident defects or damage.

In extreme cases of auto body deterioration (rust around windshield, backglass, or any other area
where auto glass is glued to the vehicle) we advise customers of potential seal failure in the future and
notify them that unless the body is repaired we cannot warranty the installation. Obvious workmanship
problems will be inspected, reviewed with the customer and covered (if we identify that we are at fault
for damage), but any seal failures will not be covered due to pre-existing damage. (This is the biggest
limitation of our warranty and most important for our customers to know and understand.)
